Warranty Information

All Genuine and Authorized Strider products include a 2-year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects (you know, things that happen at the factory. Not… say, backing over a Strider with your car because it was accidentally left in the driveway even though you told your child three times – three times – to put it away). The guarantee and warranty are void if the products were not purchased through the Strider Authorized Supply Chain and protected by the Security Program from departure from the Authorized Factory to delivery to the end consumer. Further, the guarantee and the warranty are void if the products are used in a manner for which they were not designed or labeled; or if used by riders over the maximum size or weight limit listed on the product. Harper L. ★★★★★

The composite frame is surprisingly light—my two-year-old can lift it herself, which makes her way more confident to try it on her own. We've only had it a week, but the build feels solid and ready for whatever she throws at it.

Sofia B. ★★★★★

Well, we tried a wooden balance bike first and it got scratched up within a week, so the composite frame here is a huge relief. It’s survived sidewalk drops and gravel tumbles without a mark, and the 12” wheels are light enough for my son to lift and steer on his own.

Samuel ★★★★★

My two-year-old took to it immediately — the composite frame feels sturdy but he can actually lift it himself, which wasn't the case with his old wooden one. We've had it about a month and he's already gliding with his feet up, so the low step-over height really made a difference for his confidence.
